Simple two choice entry works if both boxes are checked

Hi,
I am using your age-verify for a business I am starting. I am using just the simple Yes I am of age or No I am not. I just noticed that both boxes can be checked and it passes. Can this be set as an error?

on another note, I am inspecting code to try and figure out where to place a redirect url when the user selects No to being of age. Any help is appreciated!
