Initial Encrypt banlist prompt should not be shown immediately

When launching Nexus for the first time, I'm greeted with "Choose a new password...". This shouldn't happen IMO as a new user may not even know what a ban-list is.

Instead, this should only be prompted when the user starts logging or wants to view the DB.

I'm assuming this is the way that it is since Nexus is all about logging as of right now. But in the future, if/when it gets more features, a user may not want to log immediately. This should only be prompted when extremely necessary (such as starting to log or viewing the DB).

As with the above, not setting a ban-list password shouldn't close the app either.
