What is the expected behavior?
A 'subscribe to our mailing list' banner added in the footer of all pages on the website.

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
We will soon start sending out newsletters and want to make it accessible for a wider audience to read.

How should this be implemented in your opinion?
Sharing a reference here. The text such as heading/CTA and the Thank you message after subscribing should be editable at the backend + the hyperlink on the 'Join our mailing list' button should also be editable at the backend.
