Releasing Glosses #135

In support of #134, some scheme for releasing Glosses needs to be implemented. Specifications include:

a list at a URL that is always up-to-date and accessible for the public site to access
a process to query the released documents for specific properties
minimal exposure of unreleased descriptions and Glosses
an up-to-date list of manuscripts referenced in the glosses

Proposed solutions:

slug for released Glosses list that maintains itself (through service or overwriting)
autoupdate a slug for referenced manuscripts in the list of Glosses
direct reference to Glosses by stable id
action to index full-text references for searching in public site
