Manuscript events

This is a deeper companion to #117 which attaches locations to the physical manuscript witnesses.

The goals are to capture the location events involved with a document's lifetime. Provenance, ownership, and hosting is encoded here, not the location or events inside the content.

This interface is within the profile page #116 and requires its own workflow. This interface ports the functionality of the Musical Maps prototype to view the events and create them from a set:
