AccPbFRET

An ImageJ plugin for analysis of acceptor photobleaching FRET images.

Getting started

1. Download the latest version of Fiji.
2. Enable the FRET Imaging update site.
3. Once installed, go to Plugins > FRET Imaging > AccPbFRET.
