[Feature Request] /useitem "item name" macro command

It'd be nice to be able to /useitem "item name" in macros to use the item, with a little cooldown so that you can "cascade" them to use the first available item in a list.

My starting use case is actually to get a command to open any deciphered map if I have one, so that I can just use that to open the map snippet instead of having to open up inventory and go to special items.
