Change description
When viewing a certificate in the /administrator/#/certificates/detail/... GUI, the extended key usage is only shown as an OID. It would improve user comfort if at least the most usual EKUs were translated from OIDs to user friendly strings.

For example serverAuth instead of 1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1. Or 1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1 serverAuth for clarity.
