Trigger seen/'collected' call as soon as user views annotation

The 'collect' action should currently add user IDs to a collected field in each annotation (upon tapping the existing button).

Instead, we want to fire these automatically when the annotation view is opened, or later when the annotation is rendered in AR mode, so the instructor can see which students actually read their note.
