Currently the only way to re-project data to the solar gdb is through the import process. There needs to be a way to manually re-project data to solar without needing the original PGM files.

@gjscheer-ucd I have updated daily_solar.mk to include the proper calculation of ssetr-G when running solar calculations from a solar mapset directly. The command is:
g.cimis sec=daily_solar cmd=solar
This section is not automatically added to the g.cimis, and so you do need the sec=daily_solar part.
