GOES-S ETo daily web output issues #86

The web output for GOES-S is is hard coded to the following locations:
/var/www/goes17
/var/www/goes15

Are they to be configured to the grass rc file?

~~goes15 output is not creating year, month and day subdirs.~~

Verified that both goes15 and goes17 output are creating proper subfolders. Issue is only with configuring location in grass rc file.
