Following riba's post about gittip, I noticed that gittip doesn't have a way to see everyone in a given community. I've submitted an issue about that.
But it prompted an idea: you could have a page which shows "users who have an X profile". It would just show tiled images, and link through to the appropriate place. It could have a summary of their CPAN stats as well, if they have a PAUSE id registered.

I think this is helpful. We don't have a way right now just to search Authors and allowing someone to say "just authors with Twitter, github or IRC" etc would be helpful.
Plus you could provide certain relevant actions right on the page. For example tweeting, if looking at people with twitter accounts. Feed for "users who have a blog". Might help perl community engagement...
