Add "process_vcs.py" command line to sbatch scripts

Add the process_vcs.py command line that was used to generate any batch scripts as a comment in the batch scripts themselves, so that you can see at a glance exactly what command was run to produce that script. This will help identify more quickly (if things go wrong) whether it was something incorrect in the command itself that caused the problem.
