On studies.csv the location names are not reflective of what is in locations.csv #4

True - many calls so far were implemented 'in isolation' as to minimize dependencies for testing. However, I shall review calls as to allow for a minimal 'discovery' by identifiers. |
Thanks. I'm in the process of loading this "brapi test dataset" into our database schema, so it is just a bit confusing when the referential links are not consistent in the dataset. You can see what has been loaded into our schema so far in brapi_fixture.sql here https://github.com/solgenomics/fixture |
yes - I guess it's better to be a bit more consistent.
I'll go over it.

Hi Nick,
I have started to revise and harmonize references in the files; still some
way to go. Focused so far on: program - trials - studies - locations; need
still: ontologies - variables.
Aim to have it done by the end of the week while completing also the
remaining calls. Certainly appreciate any feedback.
Best,
Reinhard
