For all days most students were done around ~13.30. Even with longer breaks throughout the day. I would recommend shorter days (potentially two hours pr. day over 5 days). Potentially have it spill out in the second week. Or assign some of the hours as dedicated to student cafés.

Kenneth was helpful and was able to help individually if needed
Suggestion for spreading the class is relevant, 3x7h does not match the cognitive science knowledge about the length of our attention span and ultradian brain cycles
