Missing source for full.dll #1

This project came with a compiled binary (full.dll). The source for this binary needs to be discovered.

I sent Brent Sherman an email (to his gmail account) asking about this. Here's his reply:

The .dll files are compiled Fortran code. Contact Ye Yuan at [email protected]. Ask him for the Fortran files for each model. They are all called mul2u2.f, vl2u2.f, and dl0.f.

The other Fortran subroutines are for a specialized model (the wetted-wall column) used to develop the final product. They are area.f and masstransfer.f. I did not include these in the final versions.

So, I'll send Ye Yuan and email about this, but since this (I believe) is common to the MEA_ssm, MEA_dm projects.
