[Feature request] the author should have access to certain elements of the history

author's pages: so that he can see the messages sent by the board (e.g. https://lmcs.episciences.org/administratepaper/view?id=15001)
the history shows that the editor has written to him. He should be able to see this mail and certain elements of the history in his author interface.
