Tmp folder not available on USB drive #141

There may be a problem with looking for the tmp folder path.

Troktronix reports a problem with a missing /tmp folder for external drives. Consider using %TEMP% on Windows? See https://app.intercom.com/a/inbox/g1t18z9q/inbox/admin/660844/conversation/24427500153124?view=List
