Requests tab not rendering webpage

Hi, I've applied the steps outlined in the guide. I am able to get the Requests tab to show up but when I click in, it is empty. Jellyfin is installed through apt, and I have even tried manually building the Jellyfin-Web directory to make sure it is not due to missing files. When opening DevTools console, this is the error stated with my domain redacted:
