Request tab with avatar custome code dosent work

Hello, I had a weird experience with the custom request tab and avatar library.
For some reason, these 2 together don't work.
I tried 2 different Jellyfin installations with 2 different OS, same result.
Whichever I apply first, causes the other to stop working.
I tried to debug it myself and found the script in the browser for the broken update shows as grayed-out script.

I checked my edits multiple times with no luck, I tend to belive that I am doing something wrong but at this point, I tried every thing.
