🐛 [BUG] - Surface Pro 7+ multitouch is unavailable

Description

I installed Bliss OS 15.9.2 on my Surface Pro 7+, but touchscreen acts as a touchpad, just like issues-109.
After using IDC Generation Script, the touchscreen is proper functioning, but the multitouch is unavailable so that I can't do things like zoom that require multitouch.(Im a Chinese, my English maybe not so well)

Reproduction steps

1. Install Bliss OS 15.9.2
2. Touchscreen acts as a touchpad
3. Use IDC Generation Script to correct it
4. Multitouch is unavailable
