Add fallback font for linux/chromeos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Most fonts default to browser/html default on linux, creating design inconsistency between image fonts. (e.g. score numbers vs pause menu text)

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a compatible rounded font. (e.g. fredoka)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use noto fonts, which should be installed on most linux devices.
