BioContainers are listed in two main registries:

Docker Hub: Docker-based containers that can use the docker infrastructure.
QUAY Hub: Docker- and rkt-based containers that can use the rkt infrastructure.

There are 3 broken links, docker hub, quay hub, docs.
I google this repository's name and found your docs and official site
