When label is generated for 4x6 inches the PDF downlaoded dont have correct sizes / paper format

The example_9 you can download and compare with labelary

When is downloaded the PDF have wrong params, it uses all A4, (no escaling)

If you download same label (4x6 inches) with labelary: (is correct without scaling must be only use a 1/4 of sheet)
