fix positions in people.yml so they display well in html #156

In regolith there is an eallowed list. Can we use it?
When we build the people section of hte website, can we break people out by their position, post-docs, grads, etc.
same for former but can we record their position in the group (were they a valued visitor or a PhD student, for example) but also the "where are they now" so people can see what our grads go on to do.
