In addition to grouping by assignment or location (tbd), it would be cool to have an auto-detection of similarities, so that similar tickets get clustered together. Either this can be done with some sort of clustering algorithm, or we can just have students input specific subparts that they need help with.

Estimated time: TBD since we don't know exactly which we should do
