Uncountable in missing challenges

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In #175 it was discussed what to do with undeployed challenges count for level unlocking but did not get an answer.
I suppose, either there should be an option in each challenge to count it towards toDoChallengeCount or do not add them to counter if undeployed challenges are hidden.

Describe the solution you'd like us to implement.

• Undeployed challenges do not increase missing challenge count if they are hidden in settings.
• Each challenge has an option do enable/disable its counting towards missing challenge count.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

Do nothing, keep as it is now.
