Data request: taxanomy files for pluspfp

Hi, https://benlangmead.github.io/aws-indexes/k2 suggests that as of September, 2024, indexes also include names.dmp and nodes.dmp files to the index archives so as to preserve information about the taxonomy used. However, the downloads of https://genome-idx.s3.amazonaws.com/kraken/k2_pluspfp_20240904.tar.gz (Sept 24 K2 pluspfp) do not seem to have these files within them.

I am currently using the solution offered in #34 to create these files. Just wanted to put in a request to see if you could possibly include the names.dmp and nodes.dmp for the kraken2 dbs. Or, if you could recommend / validate that the approach in issue 34 is the best approach to use for those of us downloading these..
