Monitor support for displaying/collapsing subtrees #310

Large trees become unwieldy to display in the monitor. They require lots of zoom to see areas of interest and can be a large network/CPU load to view. Making use of sub-trees of course decreases the size of the tree display while editing, but that same capability is not currently supported in the monitor.

Created issue on wrong repository. Meant to create it on the Groot repo. The issue has been brought up already: BehaviorTree/Groot#141
