Missing MAGIC number field in Unconnected Pongs

Issue: The wiki doesn't shows the MAGIC number field in the unconnected pong packet, even though it is necessary for this packet, I've tried to send the packet with the same fields as the wiki and it doesn't works without the MAGIC number
