We want the users to be authorized against Identity: https://community.backbase.com/documentation/identity/latest/index

We need to set it up, deploy the oidc-token-converter, create Realm and users needed to cover some basic scenarios.

Take realm and users provided by start
Swap out BAS token converter for OIDC token converter

OOS: multi-tenancy support. Multi-tenancy to be covered by a separate task.
