Transferring data "in one go"?

many thanks for this very interesting work! Your conceptual approach on the i2b2 mapping is really nice.

What I'm wondering: Is there a way to transfer all data in one go from a FHIR server to i2b2 or do I really have to call "loadfacts" for each FHIR resource separately?
