Is there a publicly available file for this resource? If I have "Medication List Resources" checked I get an error that it can't find the file referenced here:

NLP2FHIR/NLP2FHIRAnnotators/src/main/java/edu/mayo/bsi/nlp2fhir/pipelines/resources/ResourcePipelineBuilder.java

FileLocator.locateFile("org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/fast/methodsanddosinginstructions.xml")

It doesn't look like it's part of any of the dependency packages.
