Unexpected info message shows up in USGS query

Describe the bug
USGS plugin assumes that a single timeseries component is returned from a request (for a monitoring feature object and variable combo). We built a catch just in case. The info messages shows up when querying the CONUS data locations.

E.g.,
01570500 has more than one timeseries returned for 00010. Contact plugin developer if you see this message.
01648010 has more than one timeseries returned for 00095. Contact plugin developer if you see this message.

For general query: 1950-01-01 to 2022-12-31 for all the USGS hucs for WT and RDC

Additional context
Need to hit the USGS service directly and look into the return.
