End-of-month rewards for top voter.

I would like to reward my players not with a top 3, but rather based on a certain number of votes to surpass.

For example:
Reward A for those with more than 20 votes.
Reward B for those with more than 30 votes (only reward B, not A+B).
Reward C for those with more than 40 votes (only reward C, not A+B+C).
