Clicking the connect to Azure button does nothing #21

I had to create a folder under C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\ASP.NET\https to get the install to launch.

I now get the home page but if I click the connect to azure button , it doesnt work . Have tried in both edge and chrome .
