Accessing object detection fridge datasets using below mentioned URL leads to below issue intermittently.

Dataset URL: https://cvbp-secondary.z19.web.core.windows.net/datasets/object_detection/odFridgeObjects.zip

The requested content does not exist.

Steps to reproduce

Download https://cvbp-secondary.z19.web.core.windows.net/datasets/object_detection/odFridgeObjects.zip

Expected behavior

Can donwload.

Actual behavior

Can not download and occur error.

The requested content does not exist.
