Add disconnection/reconnection E2E tests to uamqp

Tests aim at preventing issues like #197

Tests must address scenarios using SAS and x509 authentication, as well as be set to run on Windows and Linux environments.
They shall be used to gate new commits, to ensure the product does not regress in terms or quality.

This is less about SAS and X509, but tests are needed for disconnect cases. This issue will be used to track adding disconnect tests. Other issues will be created to track adding unit tests to message sender/link.
