agent-web container erroring out

When deploying via azd up, the agent-web container does not seem to be working correctly.
After using the example and clicking 'Start Work' and error appears in the web console below:

I have experienced the same. See attached image.

It appears the react project is calling itself, instead of calling the API. Hence getting HTML instead of JSON.
