Azure has retired Time Series Insights; this repository solution is no longer implementable. #26

Minimal steps to reproduce

simply run the project the default way
git clone https://github.com/Azure-Samples/azure-digital-twins-unreal-integration
cd azure-digital-twins-unreal-integration
./deployment/deploy.ps1

Any log messages given by the failure

The resource type could not be found in the namespace 'Microsoft.TimeSeriesInsights' for api version '2020-05-15'

Expected/desired behavior

Deployment is completed, and a config file is made available for Unreal plugin

OS and Version?

Windows 11, all other platforms

Versions

NA

Mention any other details that might be useful

The Azure leadership has decided to retire azure TSI, a key component for achieving this solution. It is requested that maintainers rework the solution and remove the TSI provisioning.
The unreal Plugin also needs to be reworked
