Blank Page When Switching modes

Hello,

I've been using auto dark mode happily for many years. I recently bought a new laptop and I am facing issues with it for the first time.

I am getting a blank white wallpaper when auto dark mode switches themes. If I go to personalization, and set it manually, it works. But then I get the blank page when it auto switches again.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it seems like my settings are still saved. I saw the old wallpapers that I picked previously meaning I couldn't do a clean uninstall. How can I do a clean uninstall?

To be exact, in light mode, I am getting a blank white wallpaper. And in dark mode, I am getting a blank black wallpaper.

Solved: I use a monitor with my laptop. In the personalization tab, I selected pick a wall paper, then Picture (multiple monitors). When I pick the same wallpaper for both screens it works. If I just put Picture, then I get the blank screen.

The strange thing is I didn't have to do this for my old laptop. Anyways, all good now.
