Separate Backup/Sync Password

I wish to be able to set a separate password for backing up my accounts than to just unlock the extension. As it is now, I either sacrifice convenience so my backups are secure, or sacrifice backup security so I don't have to enter a 40 character password every time I want to login somewhere.

I believe this backup password should be used to encrypt local backups, encrypt automated backups, and to encrypt browser syncing backups.

If set, this backup password would be prompted for when importing your encrypted backup from a local file or a cloud backup. If importing through browser syncing, then this backup password would be required for the first unlock after the extension is installed and data synced, and all future unlocks would require the unlock password.

If it is not set, then the unlock password, if set, would be prompted for instead, as is currently the case.
