Add Feature to view Different User

@AtriSukul1508 Hey, I want to add a feature like If I click the blog author name then it should redirect to that author profile.

First I implement the user profile page then I do this I this. I see there is an issue which implementing the user profile but it already 1month they do not doing this so I want to add this feature.

Can I please assign this issue to me under GSSOC'23?
