Text/content rendered too low in Unix Hater's handbook

Ever since the last update, or one of the recent updates, The UNIX-HATERS Handbook (available freely here) is rendered like 1 centimeter too low, leaving a large white space at the top and cutting one or two sentences off at the bottom. Other pdf files work fine.
