Not paid any attention to it for a while, but thought I'd have a look what it was up to...

It seems at some point it's possibly tried to update, and reboot... and has got stuck

Not sure why the FS is apparently RO; no other VMs on the same host have an issue

Guessing something got corrupted, so probably not much that can be done, so I'll just recreate the VM...
