İf clicked use device, devices remain loading throught 3 minutes in 9.5.0 version

With the 9.5.0 update, when we select the device as use device, it stays on loading and opens after about 3 minutes. Also, when I open the iPad, the screen appears vertically even though it is sideways. When I reinstall the old version, neither problem appears.

Could you share a screen recording and the full server logs along with the network tab recording of the websockets call?

Are you using hub/node setup?
