Hi
I'm new in GitHub, so if this isn't the right way, please be patient.

Your FW-Generator works perfectly! Thank for this.

I have only trouble with the heating-settings. There are solutions online, but i'm not able to fix it in marlin myself. Main issue is overshooting temperature on heating (about ~30°C). I found a solution, its only some lines of code. http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?252,283470

Is it possible to implement this in your Generator may be with an option "40W-Cartridge"?

Regards, Steffen

Can you confirm auto-tune does not work for you?
I have tried quite a lot of cartridges on my UMO, and never ran into issue after setting the PID...

Autotune works with 40W cartridges while setting PID_MAX = 128
