The RPi_cameraInfo.txt file lists all the RPi cameras supported as well as their capabilities. The same data is hard-coded into the capture_RPi program. It should instead use the file.
This will also make it easier to support any RPi camera that appears in libcamera-still --list-cameras.
The goal is to be able to do away with the file and just use the --list-cameras output, although that doesn't always appear to be 100% accurate so we may need to put "exception" data in the file.
