Manually trigger the creation of the "movie" after a night of captures

Hi, topic title might not be completely clear, but I am running into the same problem as described in:
#3875
I am trying to follow the topics about that on the rpi-cam issues. But with this "program stopped" message this also means the movie from my day and night captures does not get created. Is there a way to manually start this , the image files are there till about 4 'o clock this morning and I would like to make a movie out of them.

To manually create a timelapse video, do the following, replacing DATE with the day you want to create:

generateForDay.sh --timelapse DATE

You can replace --timelapse with --startrails or --keogram.
Follow the directions from the command if you want to upload the files.
