cd: Fatal Error max-retries exceeded?

We got all the working from a home network, but hooked up to a ATT router and getting below error from the log file. Any ideas?

The pi device is connecting to internet. Using chrome.

@stevetim, assuming you didn't change any Allsky setting, I would guess a network issue.
Try a test upload per the instructions at the end of the Troubleshooting -> Uploads page.

Uploads troubleshooting page really didn't help this problem. We are still troubleshooting, but a network guy in our club thinks packet retransmissions affect the modem and at the end the process fails.

All works good if we are not cellular.

Most failed uploads are due to bad settings and the troubleshooting page will almost identify the problem.

Sorry to hear your problem is probably hardware. Hopefully it's something simple like a bad cable or a known problem with your carrier.

I think there is something wrong with the Allsky software now.

We have complete internet connectivity. I can go to https://ftptest.net ... enter Our credentials and it has successful connection. Yet when going out of the pi using allsky, it errors out ... see first post of this thread. Here is our ftp config file:

Did you try a test upload per the "Still having problems uploading?" section of the Troubleshooting -> Uploads page?
If so, please attach the output.

How did you go there? Using lftp or another FTP client on the Pi ? If you did it on another computer, you are comparing apples to oranges. The Troubleshooting page also tells you how to use lftp on the Pi to test the connection. If that doesn't work, it's a networking or Linux problem, not an Allsky problem.

Works fine for me using your info. You'll want to change your password.
I ran lftp then copied/pasted the first 7 lines of your commands, than ran ls.
I suggest having your network person check the network.
